Nothing lights my ass on fire more than helping another person create a life they can’t wait to wake up to.

Everyone has at least one story that will absolutely break your heart. And I’m no exception. Our stories are ours to grow, to learn from, to cultivate. Should we work together, you’ll find I easily share my stories when appropriate. However, they no longer define my life circumstances or my identity. They are beautiful reminders and a remembrance of who I was, where I was and what I used to believe.

I believe our dreams are our heart’s true desire. That’s who I am at my core and who I’d like to guide you back to. We can nurture, embrace and embody our dreams instead of our old patterns and stories.

I grew up on a poor farm in rural Michigan. Since then, I have played many different roles… in dental sales, as a Mother and as a Wife. I lived through these roles until one day I decided to it was time to fully step into my authenticity. This required and demanded that I move forward differently.

I now fully honor what my dad was sharing, but I have my own spin on it. I allow life to be easeful, flowing with joy in my heart and meeting challenges with curiosity.

I have done and continue doing the intense inner work to naturally overcome cycles of abuse, severe physical injury and pain, illness, anxiety, burnout, codependence and unhealthy relationships to my body, sex, food and alcohol.

This ease was my goal, my dream. I live here now, having the absolute privlege & joy to wake up every morning feeling love and ease as I move through my days in a life I cannot wait to wake up to.
